Steven Begleiter is formerly the Founder and CEO of KBL Group International, a 150 million dollar design and manufacturing company for apparel. While at KBL, Steven worked with brands such as Abercrombie & Fitch, Guess, Eddie Bauer and Loft as well as artists including Wendy Williams, Brooke Shields, Nicki Minaj, and Adam Levine to name a few. After selling KBL in 2019, Steven started A&I recognizing the tremendous opportunity to leverage his resources of 25 years working in the apparel business with talented artists who are brands unto themselves.

A dynamic and results-oriented leader with 30 years of experience in the apparel industry. Her work as former Chief Design Director at KBL Group Intl. includes being hands-on in building relationships and new brands for celebrities like Brooke Shields, Wendy Williams, Nicki Minaj and Adam Levine. As well as influencers like Ronny Kobo and Chiqui Delgado. Tina’s experience also includes spearheading a heritage lifestyle collection with the iconic Lee Jeans brand.
